STAY CALM
If you experience some sort of dental accident, the best thing you can do is to stay calm. While you may feel inclined to panic due to the pain and stress of an injury, you can take comfort knowing it can be treated, and our team is here to help get you back to a healthy, pain-free smile.
REDUCE BLEEDING
Once you’ve gained control of the situation, take assessment of your injury. If you’re experiencing any bleeding, place a strip of gauze on the site of the injury and apply pressure by biting down on the gauze.
CONTROL SWELLING
Over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help to temporarily reduce pain and swelling. However, steer clear of any blood-thinning medications like aspirin. An ice pack or cold compress can be applied to the cheek near the affected area to help reduce pain and inflammation.

How do I schedule my preventive care?
Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members.!
How can I use my Member Exclusive discount for restorative, elective or cosmetic treatment?
Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.
How do I know if I need Perio membership?
If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on Perio Maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.
Can I add members to my account?
Absolutely! Your entire family can join.
Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.
How can I check on the status of my account?
Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.
Can I change or update my billing information?
Yes! Simply login to your Member Portal and click “Edit Your Payment Method”.
How do I cancel my membership?
Login to your Member Portal and click the “Remove” button for each member you’d like to cancel.
If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?
No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.
How much do I pay to sign up for my club membership?
You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.
Can I prepay my membership fees?
Memberships are currently month-to-month only.

Dr. Alexandra Cristescu
Dr. Alexandra Cristescu is an oral health crusader! She strongly believes in preserving one’s natural teeth and strives to deliver conservative therapies, all while respecting the values, beliefs, and time of her patients. Making your dental experience as comfortable as possible is one of her highest priorities, as is welcoming your questions and listening to your concerns. Born and raised in Romania, Dr. Cristescu lived in Canada for some time before finally making her way to the United States. Prior to earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington, she was a dental hygienist for five years in Bellevue. Her relationship with the University of Washington continued after graduation through her role as an affiliate instructor in their department of restorative dentistry.
Dr. Raman Sandhu
Dr. Raman Sandhu, has been practicing dentistry for over 10 years. She graduated from the New York University College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Sandhu takes a personalized approach to patient care, focusing on each patient’s unique needs and concerns. She is committed to patient education and empowering patients to take an active role in their dental health.
She is a Member of the Washington Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Spear Study Club where she meets monthly with peers and specialists to discuss and treatment plan complex cases. Outside of her work, she enjoys socializing with friends and spending time with her family.
Dr. Ya-Wei Chen
Dr. Ya-Wei (yah-way) Chen is a dual-trained surgeon with specialty periodontics training from the University of Pennsylvania and specialty oral maxillofacial surgery from the Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan. Dr. Yawei obtained a dental doctorate from National Yang-Ming University in Taipei at the top of the class. After that, she completed 5 years of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, one of the biggest medical centers in Taiwan. After training, she got the Diplomate of the Taiwanese Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and was promoted to attending oral maxillofacial Surgeon and treated patients in the hospital.
Practicing in Taiwan prior, Dr. Yawei has years of clinical experience in major maxillofacial surgeries such as trauma (jawbone fracture), orthognathic surgery, and benign and malignant tumors of the oral cavity. As a surgical oncologist, Dr. Yawei teamed with many nationally known medical oncologists and has treated hundreds of oral cancer patients. During that time, she also served as an assistant professor at her alma mater, contributed extensively to oral cancer research, and received a Ph.D. degree in Clinical Medicine.
In 2018, Dr. Yawei moved to the U.S. for some family circumstances. To continue her career in the U.S., she attended the University of Pennsylvania for a 3-year Periodontics and Implant specialty training and learned in-depth knowledge and techniques in gum and dental implant surgeries, as well as digital dentistry. After graduation, she earned a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and moved to the PNW region.
